CEO & Owner Latoya Small hails from Union City, TN. A Florida State graduate she has spent the last 15 years in corporate retail environments where she drives talent management strategies. A wife to an amazing Tampa Bay businessman, dog mom, woman of faith and youth advocate, she loves to create feelings of “home” where ever she goes. It’s not uncommon for her to pack candles and room sprays for her travel, and often she’s the first call from friends for excursion recommendations. Harper Luxe was birthed from her desire to bring elegance and sophistication right to your doorstep.
